Any loose caulking was replaced with dicor brand EPDM lap caulking. Note: only use product certified for EPDM rubber on a EPDM roof or you could end up replacing the entire roof material. I then pressure washed the roof and let it dry. Then I prepped my first gallon of liquid roof and covered all areas that I could not roll easily. After that I combined 3 gallons into a 5 gal bucket and mixed. I rolled the coating with a 1/4″ nap roller and applied it as thick as I could with the roller. The finished roof looks great and I’m pretty sure it will last for years. I highly recommend it.
